A former wide receiver, Noah Igbinoghene is one of the more interesting cornerback prospects in this draft class.

Some feel like he has the potential to sneak into the first round.

With his athletic profile and flashes of brilliance over the past couple of seasons, that remains a possibility, but he’s a great value here at the bottom of round two for the Vikings.

As a former receiver Igbinoghene has outstanding ball skills and competitiveness at the catch point. He does a good job of flipping his hips and plays with outstanding instincts for someone who has spent two seasons starting at the position.

He’s still a bit raw as a corner, but Igbinoghene excels in man coverage and can also provide a spark in the return game if the Vikings want. He has a kickoff return for touchdown in each of the past two seasons.
