Alabama. Jerry Jeudy. 21. player. 54. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR

The Eagles are likely drafting a receiver from the talented 2020 class but with arguably the top prospect still on the board, the Eagles get a high-end and young target for Carson Wentz. Jeudy is an elite route runner, has NFL speed, and has excelled as both a downfield threat and a highly-targeted option during his three seasons at Alabama.

After breaking into the offense as a true freshman, Jeudy won the Biletnikoff Trophy as a sophomore and had a second straight season of over 1,000 yards and double-digit touchdowns in 2019 despite the injury to Tua.

22. Pick Analysis. EDGE. 16. Scouting Report. Miami (FL). Gregory Rousseau. player

After his 2018 true freshman campaign ended early due to an injury, Rousseau had a dominant season his first full year as a starter with the Hurricanes. The 6-foot-6, 260-pound defensive end has the body to grow into an NFL edge rusher.

Rousseau was second in college football with 15.5 sacks, trailing only Chase Young. Rousseau also accounted for two forced fumbles and projects to be a top-five talent in the 2021 NFL Draft. After acquiring Stefon Diggs from Minnesota with this pick, the Bills would like to add a high upside, young edge rusher to a line that already has Ed Oliver.

Scouting Report. Iowa State. 23. Pick Analysis. QB. Brock Purdy. player. 47

With Brady out of New England and no clear replacement on the roster, the Patriots turn their sights to underclassman Brock Purdy. Purdy is a two-year starter after taking the job early in his freshman year.

Purdy has led an overachieving Iowa State team, starting his career with two wins over ranked teams and carries a 15-8 record as a starter. While Purdy is a talented runner, his scrappiness and ability to read defenses make him an attractive replacement to Brady with room to improve in Belichick’s system.

Scouting Report. CB. LSU. player. Pick Analysis. Kristian Fulton. 24. 15

The Saints have a number of options with their first-round pick. While the Saints signed Emmanuel Sanders, there is interest in adding a more long-term target opposite Michael Thomas. With the Drew Brees window closing and Sanders on the roster for 2020, the more pressing needs are at linebacker and corner. The talented and experienced Kristian Fulton is just down the road and projects to be a long-term starting corner opposite Marshon Lattimore.
