Jeffrey Okudah. player. Ohio State. CB. 9. 52. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The Jaguars traded Nick Foles to the Bears after just one season, but appear to be giving second-year quarterback, Gardner Minshew, the job for the 2020 season. While the Jaguars would have a difficult time passing on potential franchise quarterback Justin Herbert in this scenario, they take the highest rated 2020 defensive back prospect instead.

Jeffrey Okudah comes in to replace the departures of Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye. The Jaguars traded both Ramsey and Bouye and the highly athletic Okudah would immediately fill in as the first choice corner, addressing Jacksonville’s biggest hole.

10. player. 53. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. Iowa. Tristan Wirfs

After the Browns failed to meet self-established expectations with Mayfield, Chubb, Hunt, Beckham Jr., and Landry in 2019, the Browns once again changed coaches and front-office personnel. Star tight end Austin Hooper and right tackle Jack Conklin were signed to multi-year deals in free agency. With new coach Kevin Stefanski, the Browns will want to strengthen their line play to establish the run for Chubb and protect Mayfield’s blindside with Tristan Wirfs.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Louisville. Mekhi Becton. 30. OT. 11. player

The Jets priority in the 2020 NFL Draft will be on third-year quarterback Sam Darnold and will focus on providing both protection and weapons for the third-year franchise quarterback. The Jets were a different team with Darnold in the lineup as opposed to Luke Falk.

After losing top target Robby Anderson to free agency, the Jets could select a receiver from the loaded 2020 class. However, given the plethora of options between the 2020 and 2021 classes, the Jets use their first selection to address Darnold’s protection with the huge tackle.

28. Pick Analysis. WR. Oklahoma. 12. Scouting Report. CeeDee Lamb. player

Tight end Darren Waller led the Raiders in receptions and yards in 2019 where no receiver accounted for even 700 receiving yards. CeeDee Lamb accounted for over 1,000 yards and over 10 touchdowns in each of his past two seasons at Oklahoma and finished the 2019 season as Oklahoma’s leading target combining for 1,327 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Lamb is dangerous as a downfield threat or in short yardage scenarios and has the NFL speed to be a danger in space. Lamb has accounted for 19 yards per reception in his three years catching passes from Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray and Jalen Hurts.
