Tennessee Titans complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft
Stephen Sullivan is a big and athletic tight end prospect who shows plenty of upside as a receiver in the middle of the field. Sullivan has a wide catch radius and has enough speed to stretch the field a bit. He also shows impressive contested-catch skills.
Sullivan is not much of a blocker and his overall skill-set is unrefined, but he is a talented tight end who has the potential to grow into a real playmaker.
Spending significant resources on a quarterback prospect may not make the most sense for the Tennessee Titans, but they should at least take a flyer on the position late in the 2020 NFL Draft. Cole McDonald is one of my favorite late-round quarterback prospects in this class and while he is not even close to ready to compete on an NFL field, he does have plenty of upside as a quarterback at the next level.
McDonald is a big quarterback prospect who shows great mobility, a big arm and strong pocket presence. His footwork and release are sloppy and he was not put in many difficult situations in college. However, his raw ability and upside are for real. McDonald is undoubtedly worth a late-round flyer in this draft.
The Titans brought back Derrick Henry this offseason, but they did cut ties with fellow running back Dion Lewis. Henry is going to take a huge percentage of the snaps for the Titans in 2020, but they could still use a change-of-pace option in the backfield.
JaMycal Hasty is a smooth and elusive runner in the open field who shows good contact balance for a smaller back. Hasty has plenty of upside as a runner but also shows impressive receiving skills out of the backfield. He is an impressive playmaker with the ball in his hands who can impact the game in a variety of ways. Hasty would be a nice compliment back to Henry and has the talent to come in and make an immediate impact for the Titans in a limited role.
