Scouting Report. IOL. Michigan. Ben Bredeson. player. 811. Pick Analysis. 4

The Denver Broncos must retrieve at least three offensive linemen in the draft. Earlier they added Lucas Niang to fix the outsides, now it’s time for the interior. Free-agent newcomer Graham Glasgow is versatile enough to play center over Austin Schlottmann and the addition of Ben Bredeson will allow Glasgow to do just that.

Bredeson provides solid anchor ability as a guard. Quick enough to get his assignment when pulling. Flexibility in his stance grants nasty power on his rise. He launches his heavy hands to close the space inside the defender’s frame and steer them away from the action.

Geno Stone. player. Scouting Report. S. Iowa. 5. 878. Pick Analysis

Geno Stone is an overlooked prospect who caught my eye with his abundance of eye-catching statistics: B1G-best 27.3 forced incompletion percentage and just nine first downs allowed since 2017 (least in NCAA).

This safety possesses immense potential if he’s able to live up to his numbers in the NFL. Stone is sneaky at disguising coverage and making a play on the ball with aid from his splendid ball skills. As a rookie, his best chance for opportunity would be on dime packages with the Denver Broncos.

The Denver Broncos add depth to their receiving core with Isaiah Coulter in the sixth. Coulter is a prime example of how deep this receiver class really is. Coulter demonstrates quick feet on his release and is fluid in his change of direction. He ran a 4.45 forty-yard-dash at the NFL Scouting Combine.

879. Clemson. player. IOL. Gage Cervenka . 7a. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Gage Cervenka will be brought in for one purpose only: To be the next man up. The Denver Broncos are desperate for offensive line depth. Injuries tend to happen in the trenches and the team should better prepare for it with their third offensive lineman selection here. Cervenka holds brute strength that warrants him to execute contact with raw power. He is a big boy on the line at 325 pounds.

Hawaii. QB. Cole McDonald. 7b. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 898

Cole McDonald is one of the more talked about day three quarterback prospects. He has quality backup potential as he completed 63 percent of his passes over 4,000 yards last year. He would develop behind Drew Lock and Jeff Driskel before getting a real shot. As we saw last year, the Denver Broncos show they can adjust and switch between backup quarterbacks if needed. Let’s hope that doesn’t have to happen again.
