Denver Broncos fans finally got their wish for help at the offensive line with the signing of free-agent guard, Graham Glasgow. You can’t blame them though. This offensive line has been mediocre and bent for the last few years. Ja’Wuan James has already proved to be fragile and the team needs more quality backups at the tackle position. And don’t even get me started on Garrett Bolles and his penalties.

Simply put, the offensive line will likely remain a top priority for the Denver Broncos throughout the entire 2020 NFL Draft. They should select at least three with the amount of draft capital they own. It is a crucial need for them. It never hurts to stack up on offensive line resources in the draft. They are the foundation of the modern-day offense.

Terence Steele obtains a handful of essential attributes that he showed off at the combine. He dominated the combine with a 5.03 forty-yard-dash and lengthy 35-plus-inch arm measurements.

The 6-foot-6, 312-pound behemoth anchored the right side of the line with finesse for the Red Raiders. Steele plays with solid execution and hand usage to sustain rushers off the edge. Unfortunately, his strength could be considered underwhelming for his size. He should see reps on special teams for a couple of seasons as he progresses and develops into the Denver Broncos offense.

Texas. 5. Scouting Report. WR. Devin Duvernay. player. 851. Pick Analysis

The most feasible selection the Denver Broncos could go with in the first round at 15 is wide receiver. For instance, I have them taking Henry Ruggs III. But why should they stop addressing the position after day one? Sutton will continue to carry the load and draw double coverage if the Denver Broncos don’t bring in another threat to make plays downfield. Desean Hamilton and Tim Patrick are not the answer.

Devin Duvernay is a special talent and is one of the most desired late-round receiver prospects in the 2020 NFL Draft. Duvernay excels at deep routes with aid from his sub-4.40 forty, the straight-line speed that derives from him being a high school state champ in track.

He does a fine job of finding holes in the tight zone windows and separating on longer routes. He just knows how to get open and box out defenders with outstanding body control and he finished third in the nation with 106 receptions and fifth with 1,386 receiving yards last season.

TE. 6. 847. Scouting Report. Virginia Tech. Dalton Keene. player. Pick Analysis

The Denver Broncos tight end group has been bewildering as of late. Noah Fant was finally able to produce when Drew Lock took over but nobody is sure what the plan is with Jeff Heuerman and newcomer Nick Vannett. The Denver Broncos could certainly look to add tight end help on day three. A prospect that may have their attention is tight end, Dalton Keene.

I bet Keene wouldn’t mind returning to his home state of Colorado and the Denver Broncos shouldn’t mind either. Keene’s power grants him the privilege to truck through tacklers for extra yards after the catch with precise balance. He was able to find the end zone eight times during his collegiate tenure. Although, the trait that truly sets him apart is his efficiency as a blocker, something many tight ends in the NFL lack (not George Kittle though).

Matter of fact, I played high school football with Keene and the number one thing that stood out to me was his functional athleticism and work ethic in the weight room. It all shows on film.

On the ground, he would be beneficial on power and double tight end sets for Denver with the utilization of his optimal upper-body strength. Keene was even proven to be versatile at Virginia Tech, lining up at tight end, H-back and even fullback. The former Hokie took full advantage of the NFL Scouting Combine and finished with impressive numbers on the 20-yard shuttle, three-cone and broad jump.
