Looking ahead to the later rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft with a handful of day three prospects the Denver Broncos should be fixated on.

The Denver Broncos have been one of the more active teams this offseason, kicking it off with the trade for standout cornerback, A.J. Bouye. The team continued their aggressiveness by acquiring offensive lineman Graham Glasgow and defensive tackle Jurrell Casey. John Elway capped it all off with a surprising running back signing by bringing in Melvin Gordon for a two-year contract

Things should likely calm down a bit for the Denver Broncos following their free agency splurge. And with the 2020 NFL Draft less than a month away, the focus has spontaneously shifted to Las Vegas.

Finding gems late in the draft can be highly beneficial for an organization. Denver has gotten lucky even beyond that with 2018 undrafted running back Phillip Lindsay, who has had back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons.

This team could be on its way back to the playoffs for the first time since Peyton Manning led them to a Super Bowl win in 2015. The offense finally looks comfortable with Drew Lock, Phillip Lindsay and Courtland Sutton commanding the attack while fans and analysts alike seeming more optimistic in the defense’s talents.

You can’t forget about depth at the lower half of the roster, especially after the approval of the new 17-game season. Head coach Vic Fangio had to learn that quickly during his young tenure for the Mile High City after two players with high expectations, Ja’Wuan James and Bradley Chubb, both suffered season-ending knee injuries early in the year. Here are six sleeper targets the Denver Broncos could target that will make an impact whenever they find the field.
