Clemson. Isaiah Simmons. player. 87. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. LB. 7

The Carolina Panthers are establishing a new culture under Matt Rhule, and with pretty much no remnant of the team that went to Super Bowl 50, this roster could have more turnover than any other in the NFL.

The Panthers are expected to move on from Cam Newton, which is weird to say.

Greg Olsen is off to Seattle.

Luke Kuechly is retired.

Mario Addison is in Buffalo.

James Bradberry is with the Giants.

This team is going to be different. Very different.

Teddy Bridgewater will be the new leader of this team offensively, but what about on defense? The Panthers, in this scenario, get a new identity on defense in the form of the most versatile, freak athlete in the class.

Isaiah Simmons is a linebacker, safety, defensive end, cornerback, nickelback, or whatever else you need him to be. He can truly excel anywhere he is put on the field, and for a team like Carolina that is in rebuild mode, having a player on the field who can play multiple positions well defensively could be a tremendous help.
