Back-to-back wide receiver trades?

Back-to-back wide receiver trades.

The 2020 NFL Draft is absolutely loaded at the wide receiver position, but there’s no way the Philadelphia Eagles could pass on an opportunity like this, especially with their plethora of draft picks.

They just traded one of their third-round picks for Detroit Lions cornerback Darius Slay, addressing a massive need on that side of the ball.

Now, they get one of the most pro-ready receivers to come out in years with Jerry Jeudy finally coming off the board.

Jeudy has gotten wrongfully underrated with so much attention being paid to Henry Ruggs III, but he’s a star player in the making in his own right.

Jeudy is a great route runner as everyone in the NFL Draft community knows, but he’s also got awesome vision after the catch and really good speed.

The Eagles get a big-time playmaker at receiver and while they pay the price to get him, this is the type of player worth a big-time trade haul.
