How should the Tampa Bay Buccaneers build their roster around Tom Brady? Find out in this complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft for the team.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans have every right to be very excited about next season. With Tom Brady under center and Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and O.J. Howard to throw to, they have a chance to be one of the league’s best offenses. They put up numbers to suggest that last year, averaging 28.6 points per game, which was tied for third in the league, according to NFL.com. Despite that they turned the ball over way too much it cost them a lot of games.

The defense still isn’t particularly strong but will be helped simply by not having a quarterback that will throw 30 interceptions like Jameis Winston.

Free agency has effected what they’ll look to do in the draft. Obviously, quarterback is no longer a need for next season, but they could still take one and develop him behind Brady although that is unlikely. They franchise tagged Shaquil Barrett and resigned Jason Pierre-Paul, so edge rusher is no longer a big need like it was coming into the offseason. Their biggest needs are now safety and offensive tackle.

This draft will be a chance for them to fill some holes on the roster for next year, as well as build for the future. They absolutely have a good chance to make the playoffs next year after signing Brady and a good draft could go a long way to potentially make them Super Bowl contenders next year.
