Jacksonville Jaguars 7 Round Mock Draft: Stockpiling Assets
By Josh Berg
Round Two: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
Did I mention how the Jaguars need secondary help? Well have I mentioned my love for Kyle Dugger recently? If I haven’t just follow me on twitter and you’ll understand my infatuation with this player. Kyle Dugger is going to be a stud in the NFL, and would be talked about as a first round pick if he went to a bigger school.
The Jaguars need to fill the secondary badly, and Kyle Dugger can do it all. His versatility is his best trait as he can play single high safety, in the box and roam in the slot. Truly one of the drafts best chess pieces and my favorite player in the entire class.
Round Three: Matthew Peart, Offensive Tackle, Connecticut
Rumor around Jacksonville media circles is they want to move Cam Robinson inside to guard, so you could see offensive tackle be addressed earlier than this come April (or whenever the draft will take place, don’t forget to wash your hands). Anyways sitting here in round three and Matt Peart was hard to pass up on.
Another player that can potentially develop into a left tackle for the Jaguars, but at the very least will create some sort of competition and depth at the offensive line that has been below average at best the last two seasons.
