4. 32. Utah State. David Woodward. Linebacker. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The priority still exists on defense for the Arizona Cardinals later in the draft, with one of the major spots being linebacker. Haason Reddick hasn’t panned out as an off-ball linebacker at this point, so time to think about someone else. David Woodward is a nice value at this point. Woodward is a good athlete who can work downhill and sift through traffic to make plays. With guys like Hamilton in front of him, Woodward can be productive on this defense.

Cornerback. A.J. Green. Oklahoma State. 6. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 32

Finding someone opposite Patrick Peterson is important for the secondary, and there’s still time in free agency to make that happen. If it doesn’t, someone like A.J. Green would be a nice add this late. Green is effective in both man and zone coverage, and shows the ability to stick with receivers down the field. Green, Peterson, and Budda Baker is a decent group for Arizona.

32. Scouting Report. Offensive Line. Louisiana. 7. player. Pick Analysis. Kevin Dotson

The offensive line rebuild isn’t finished just yet, and the Arizona Cardinals select Kevin Dotson here in the seventh round.

While Robert Hunt gets the hype on the Louisiana line, Dotson brings plenty to the table as well. His raw power is outstanding at the point of attack, and he could develop into a starting option for Arizona.
