Scouting Report. IDL. Auburn. Pick Analysis. Derrick Brown. 8. player. 32

Most of the 2020 NFL Draft talk surrounding the Arizona Cardinals focuses on the offensive side of the ball. I get it, they are building an exciting offense and we want to see them add another premium piece at wide receiver or offensive tackle specifically. That being said, they still have needs on the defensive side of the ball that cannot be ignored and Derrick Brown stands out as one of the premier players remaining on the board.

Brown is a big and powerful interior defensive lineman who moves extremely well for a man of his size. He is a premier run defender who also shows plenty of upside as an interior pass rusher. Brown has fantastic upside at the next level and could quickly become a centerpiece of the Cardinals’ defense.

Oklahoma. CeeDee Lamb. player. 52. Scouting Report. WR. 9. Pick Analysis

A linebacker or cornerback could certainly be considered here, but the remaining players available all feel like a bit of a reach. Instead of attacking defensive needs, the Jacksonville Jaguars select former Oklahoma receiver CeeDee Lamb.

Lamb is arguably the top prospect is a loaded group of receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft. He is a smooth and athletic receiver who shows hands and shines in contested-catch situations. Lamb is particularly impressive as a run after catch receiver, using a fantastic combination of quickness and power to escape tacklers in space.

The Jaguars appear to be going forward with Gardner Minshew II as their franchise quarterback and snagging Lamb as his number one receiver should greatly help his development.

Jedrick Wills Jr.. 10. Scouting Report. OT. Alabama. 53. Pick Analysis. player

The Cleveland Browns have a massive need at the offensive tackle position that simply must be addressed at No. 10. While they may want more of a natural left tackle prospect, Jedrick Wills Jr. is simply too good of a player to ignore here. He shows an impressive combination of power, quickness and athleticism that allows him to dominate as a run blocker and shine as a pass protector.

30. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. Mekhi Becton. Louisville. 11. player

The New York Jets are another team that has a massive need at the offensive tackle position. If one of the top four offensive tackles are available for them at No. 11 overall, this is an easy pick. Mekhi Becton is a massive man (6-foot-7, 364 pounds) who moves incredibly well for his size. Guys as big as Becton simply should not be able to move as well as he does.

His incredible raw size and power paired with impressive athleticism give Becton massive upside at the next level. He could quickly grow into a fantastic franchise left tackle for the Jets.

12. 28. Pick Analysis. WR. Alabama. Henry Ruggs III. Scouting Report. player

Henry Ruggs III is an incredibly quick, athletic and explosive offensive playmaker who has an extremely high ceiling. He is the fastest player in the 2020 NFL Draft class, but there is much more to his game than that. Ruggs is a complete wide receiver prospect who runs crisp routes and shows strong hands. He is a fantastic weapon in the short, intermediate and deep passing game who would be a tremendous weapon for the Las Vegas Raiders immediately.
