Welcome back to the podcast! It’s been a little while, so the guys dive in a little on the scouting combine (2:00) and talk winners along with how the new schedule affected some testing. Also, the tackle class is certified good, and Nate talks about his guy, Donovan Peoples-Jones.

Next up on the list, some sad news. Baltimore Ravens guard Marshal Yanda has retired after 13 seasons in the NFL (10:22). He’s been the glue holding the Ravens offensive line together and opens a hole on the interior of that line heading into 2020.

As free agency looms (13:15), the guys talk about how the CBA, along with the quarterbacks, have us waiting for moves to happen. Plus, will Tom Brady actually move on from New England? Also, as Dak Prescott negotiations continue to roll on, why hasn’t Miami come up as a potential suitor as much as a team like Indianapolis?

Finally, it’s time to fix the Ravens (20:15). To start, Baltimore has $37 million in cap space, so there’s potential for them to make a big move in free agency. Linebacker and edge are needs to watch there, and the guys discuss possibilities like Dante Fowler, Cory Littleton, and Joe Schobert.

They also talk about how awesome a formation with five tight ends would be awesome for Baltimore if they signed Austin Hooper and Jimmy Graham. Ultimately, they decide to make a move and sign Joe Thuney, whose market value currently sits around $13 million per season.

Next. Top offseason needs for Baltimore Ravens. dark

Now it’s on to the mock draft (31:50). The guys each select a linebacker with the Ravens first pick. Nate goes wide receiver then edge on day two, while Jake flips the two and gets a combine standout in the third round. After that, it’s about building up the trenches to finish up the mock!
