Indianapolis Colts: Philip Rivers, Quarterback (Chargers)

It seems like it’s pretty obviously down to the Colts or Buccaneers for Philip Rivers in 2020 free agency, and Nick Sirianni’s presence with the Colts could be the biggest factor in determining the final outcome there.

Along with Rivers, the Colts will be exploring free agent defensive linemen and they are considered some of the favorites to land Shelby Harris of the Broncos.

Houston Texans: Logan Ryan, Cornerback (Titans)

It’s possible we could see a mass exodus out of Tennessee this offseason, and Logan Ryan is one player who stands to benefit from the Titans’ impressive 2019 run.

The guy who did just about everything for the Titans’ defense last year would be the centerpiece of what could be a very important free agent haul for the Texans in 2020. This team has a number of needs and Ryan fills arguably the most important one.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Austin Hooper, Tight End (Falcons)

The Jaguars are in need of a receiving threat at the tight end position, and Austin Hooper just might be the best one on this year’s free agent market.

Still just 25, Hooper has 16 touchdown catches in his four years in the NFL, including a career-high six this past season for the Falcons.

Tennessee Titans: Jadeveon Clowney, Defensive End (Seahawks)

In addition to franchise tagging Ryan Tannehill at quarterback, the Titans go out and make a big move for one of the league’s top edge defenders, Jadeveon Clowney.

Clowney’s full potential in the NFL has not yet been realized. While his sack numbers have been down, he’s been productive at putting pressure on the opposing quarterback.

While losing players like Jack Conklin, Logan Ryan, and Derrick Henry could hurt, the Titans would be getting a big-time playmaker off the edge to build their defense around here.

Ryan Tannehill franchise tag assumed.
