Cory Littleton, linebacker, Rams

Although Cory Littleton could be poised to command somewhere around $15 million per season, he would be a worthwhile addition for a Raiders team that is starved for production at the linebacker position.

In order to justify such a big move like this at linebacker in free agency, the player has to be an excellent three-down threat, and Littleton has been exactly that for the Los Angeles Rams over the past few seasons.

As a matter of fact, in the last two seasons, Littleton has 259 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss, nine quarterback hits, 7.5 sacks, and a whopping 22 pass breakups.

Littleton’s ability to play the pass as well as the run is going to make him one of the most coveted off-ball linebackers in free agency, and the Raiders have really struggled to find steady production at the linebacker position in recent years.

Littleton would be more than a bandage at the position like some of their other one-year flyers, and coupled with Byron Jones would give Las Vegas two of the most coveted free agents in the NFL.
