Coming into Combine week, the 2020 NFL Draft projection for Florida cornerback C.J. Henderson is kind everywhere in the first round, some believe he’s a top 20 player while others have him as more of a top 30 type of player. But after a great afternoon on Sunday, Henderson could find himself being a top 15 pick in April.

Henderson started off the Sunday workouts by running a blazing 4.39 40 yard dash and then followed that up with an even better showing in the field drills. Henderson looked extremely fluid through his drills, showing an ability to properly high-point the ball and smoothly transition his hips.

Antoine Winfield Jr. – Safety – Minnesota

Height: 5-9 / Weight: 203 pounds / 40 yd Dash: 4.45/ Vertical Jump: 36″ / Broad Jump: 124″

As with Henderson, the opinions surrounding Minnesota defensive back Antoine Winfield Jr. varied from evaluator to evaluator, some being quite high on Winfield while others not so much. Coming from a lineage with NFL roots, Winfield Jr. has quite a bit to live up to. And with his impressive showing on Sunday’s on-field drills, he showed the potential to meet those expectations.

Winfield Jr. started off his Sunday workouts by running a blazing 40-yard dash, answering whatever questions evaluators may have had about his overall speed. He then proceeded to follow that up by showing off his athleticism in his position drills, displaying natural body control and good ball skills. After such a showing, Winfield may be in the conversation for a few teams at the end of round one.
