Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 31. player. 30. OT. Houston. Josh Jones

After their trade down earlier in this mock, the New York Jets had three third-round selections in this 2020 NFL Draft scenario. They paired one of those picks with their mid-second-round selection to trade back into the first round and draft offensive tackle Josh Jones at No. 31 overall.

The Jets did great to fill their need at edge rusher earlier and fill their need at offensive tackle here. Josh Jones is an extremely athletic offensive line prospect who shines in pass protection. He has long arms, shows good hand usage and always plays with great competitive toughness. Jones has a bright future at the left tackle position in the NFL and would help the Jets get the most out of young franchise quarterback Sam Darnold.

CB. TCU. player. Pick Analysis. Jeff Gladney. 32. 124. Scouting Report

The Kansas City Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions and with Patrick Mahomes under center, they will likely continue to be in the Super Bowl contention for many years. That being said, there are flaws on this roster that must be addressed this offseason, most notably at the cornerback position.

Jeff Gladney is an extremely athletic cornerback prospect who shines in man-to-man coverage. He is quick in short spaces, has legitimate long speed and attacks the ball in the air extremely well. The Chiefs need more playmakers in the secondary and Gladney is a guy who could come in and make an impact right away.
