2020 NFL Draft: Post-combine two-round 2020 NFL mock draft with trades
The Denver Broncos appear to have found their franchise quarterback in Drew Lock. Wide receiver Courtland Sutton also appears to have a bright future at the wide receiver position. With the 15th pick in this mock draft, the Broncos get Lock another dynamic weapon to work with.
Henry Ruggs III is the fastest and most explosive player in the 2020 NFL Draft class. He is an extremely quick and elusive player in the open field and if he gets an open lane to run through, he is going to take it to the house.
Ruggs’ game is built on speed, but do not discount the rest of his game. He is also a strong route runner who shows the ability to make plays in the short, intermediate and deep passing game. Ruggs also has soft hands and can win in contested-catch situations. Simply put, he is an impressive offensive playmaker who could help the Broncos in a big way.
With wide receivers falling down the board further than most expect, the Buffalo Bills sense an opportunity and trade up to get Josh Allen a number one receiver to work with. Jerry Jeudy is an extremely quick and athletic receiver who shows tremendous route running ability. He can shake man-to-man coverage with ease and does a great job of finding space against zone.
Jeudy is a natural offensive playmaker who shows the ability to make an impact anywhere on the field. The Bills need to find Allen a true number one receiver and Jeudy is among the best players in a loaded class at the position. If the opportunity presents itself, getting aggressive and snagging a guy like Jeudy would certainly make sense for Buffalo.
