Pick Analysis. Linebacker. Oklahoma. 815. Scouting Report. Kenneth Murray . 1. player

The Baltimore Ravens fielded a patchwork linebacking core throughout the 2019 NFL season that consisted of Josh Bynes, Patrick Onwuasor and LJ Fort. With the likelihood of Bynes and Onwuasor not returning become more probable by the day, the Baltimore Ravens find themselves with a void at inside linebacker.

With a few linebacker-needy teams ahead of Baltimore such as the Las Vegas Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints, a trade-up could be necessary.

Oklahoma’s Kenneth Murray is the most likely trade up target for the Baltimore Ravens in the 2020 NFL Draft. Murray displays a high football acumen, excellent range, and prowess as a run stuffer, making him a great fit for the Baltimore defense. In terms of trade range, Baltimore could find its trade partner somewhere from picks 12-20.

Depending on the team in which Baltimore would ultimately trade, the compensation for such a move could come in a few different forms. If they move up ten spots from 28 to 18, we could see a similar deal to what the Pittsburgh Steelers made with the Denver Broncos in the 2019 NFL Draft when they selected Devin Bush, which would consist of a first-round pick and a coulple of second-day selections.

If they opt to trade with Jacksonville to pick 20, they could move their first-round pick in addition to a player such as Hayden Hurst, who Jacksonville supposedly has an interest in.
