Scouting Report. Damien Lewis. player. 817. Pick Analysis. IOL. LSU. 4

In the later rounds, the Arizona Cardinals should, theoretically, be selecting players that will be backups at positions lacking depth. In this instance, the draft Damien Lewis to be a depth piece in their interior offensive line. Lewis has a good amount of foot speed and power that makes him an attractive option for a guard. He excels in pass blocking situations where he can use his strength to hold off interior rushers.

Justin Strnad. player. Scouting Report. LB. Wake Forest. 5. 889. Pick Analysis

This is another depth position selection. Strnad is an instinctive coverage linebacker who has sideline to sideline range. Tackling is a bit of an issue for Strnad but he brings an athletic presence to the second level of the Cardinals defense and should be able to make an impact because of that. The Arizona Cardinals are not exactly loaded with talent at the linebacker position, so Strnad could see some snaps because of that.

6. Pick Analysis. WR. Miami. Jeff Thomas. player. 834. Scouting Report

This is nothing more than a depth pick. After selecting speedster Andy Isabella in the 2019 Draft, and Christian Kirk in the 2018 draft, the speed receiver position is filled to the brim. Jeff Thomas is a small, lightweight receiver, but he can absolutely fly. His explosiveness is among the best at the receiver position in the draft and could be a roster-able player because of it.
