Ceedee Lamb. 815. Scouting Report. Oklahoma. 1. player. Pick Analysis. WR

Kyler gets his guy back.

It’s up to personal preference on wide receiver one. For some people, it’ll be Jerry Jeudy; for others, it’ll be CeeDee Lamb. For the Cardinals, I think it’ll be Lamb. Lamb is a catch point monster who will come down with just about any ball thrown his way. He has strong hands, a huge catch radius and elite body control that’ll make it natural for him to adjust to throws.

After Lamb gets the ball in his hands, good luck catching him. He’s escaped from situations with a minimum of five defenders around him and they couldn’t tackle him. He has tremendous field vision and agility that makes him a threat to take any throw to the house.

Putting his on-field ability aside; the one thing that excites me the most about this pick is reuniting Kyler Murray with Lamb. Imagine how fun this offense would be. Kliff Kingsbury’s air raid offense with a QB from an air raid college scheme matched with his WR1 from the same air raid college.

Because of the Humphries re-signing, the Cardinals were able to pick their top skill position guy, and in this instance, it’s the Sooner’s star wide receiver, CeeDee Lamb.
