Improving the New York Giants in this complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft.

It should be an interesting offseason for the New York Giants. Hiring head coach Joe Judge seems to be a step in the right direction, but this team has a long way to go before they will be legitimately competitive.

The Giants have nearly $62 million in cap space to work with this offseason, so improving the team through free agency is certainly possible. However, it is much more important for them to build this roster through the draft.

Can the New York Giants find the right guys to build around quarterback Daniel Jones, running back Saquon Barkley and company? Only time will tell. In this post, we are going to go through a seven-round scenario that would help take this team to the next level.

Pick Analysis. OT. Jedrick Wills Jr.. player. Scouting Report. Alabama. 1. 829

The New York Giants hold the fourth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and they could go in many different directions with the selection. That being said, in my eyes, Alabama offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. stands out as the clear choice for this team. Unless Wills goes before No. 4 or Chase Young shockingly slips to the pick, Wills should be the choice.

Wills is a big and powerful offensive lineman who is absolutely dominant at the point of attack. He is not the most athletically gifted offensive lineman in the class, but he is quick off of the ball and moves well in space. Wills also shows strong hands and finishes his blocks extremely well.

Simply put, Wills is a mean and nasty offensive lineman who shines as a run blocker and in pass protection. He would fill a major need for this team at an extremely important position and would undoubtedly help take their offense to the next level. For the New York Giants, Jedrick Wills should be the choice at No. 4.
