The Los Angeles Rams have some holes to fill this offseason. This list of their top team needs will shed light on what positions need an upgrade.

After coming into 2019 as the defending NFC champions with expectations to make another Super Bowl run, the Los Angeles Rams had an extremely disappointing season. They went 9-7 on the year, finishing third in the NFC West, missing out on the playoffs for the first time in the Sean McVay era.

This was a huge step back for a team that had so much excitement just a season ago, and if they are going to get that flame back in 2020, there will need to be some significant improvements at several key positions this offseason.

Unfortunately, the Rams are already at a bit of a disadvantage in terms of their cap space and draft capital after trading for Jalen Ramsey last October. They gave away their next two first-round picks in the deal and are going to need to give Ramsey a significant long-term contract soon, making this task that much more difficult.

This, paired with the fact that they have several stars set to hit free agency, this offseason could be tricky for the Los Angeles Rams front office.

That being said, the Rams will need to be very strategic in free agency and the upcoming NFL Draft to ensure they hit big on pieces that will help get the team back into the postseason in 2020. Here are the Los Angeles Rams top team needs that need to be addressed this offseason.
