Offensive Line. LSU. Lloyd Cushenberry III. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 25. 60

The Minnesota Vikings head into free agency and the 2020 NFL Draft with plenty of issues to resolve. The cornerback position is one to watch, especially with Xavier Rhodes struggling throughout the 2019 season. Managing the cap will be key since the Vikings are an estimated $11.2 million over the cap at the moment. Trading or cutting a couple of their studs may be in the cards for this team to shed money, which is where the Stefon Diggs rumors are coming from.

Cornerback will likely be a primary need for the Vikings in the 2020 NFL Draft, but with the run on corners happening early, it’s a reach to go after the next best available at this point. The next need to point to could be the interior offensive line.

While Lloyd Cushenberry III may not be everyone’s top interior offensive lineman, he’s certainly worth a look here in the mid-20s. Garrett Bradbury struggled a little bit in the Vikings zone scheme, but his position is center going forward. Cushenberry shouldn’t have much trouble moving to one of the guard spots. He has the strength, football IQ and mobility to thrive for the Vikings and spring open holes for Dalvin Cook in the running game.
