TRADE

Pick Analysis. Andrew Thomas. player. 30. Scouting Report. OT. Georgia. 21

There are certainly going to be some stunning trades this offseason in the NFL, and Jets safety Jamal Adams could be one of the big names on the move.

The Jets apparently floated his name in serious discussions last year with the Dallas Cowboys, and now with the Cowboys having to focus on some other big-name players, perhaps the Cowboys’ rivals in Philadelphia will make the play.

Getting back a third-rounder protects the Eagles from losing Adams down the line, but this move would obviously be made with an extension in mind.

The Jets would be motivated to make this move to get a starting offensive tackle to pair with the edge rusher they got earlier in this mock draft.

Andrew Thomas is not as highly rated by prominent talent evaluators as most everyone thought he would be, but he’s still a very good prospect at his position who will be an instant starter in the NFL.

The Jets would love to see him sitting here on the board and to come away from this first round with K’Lavon Chaisson and Andrew Thomas in the same class.
