Pick Analysis. WR. 15. player. 45. Scouting Report. Oklahoma. CeeDee Lamb

The Broncos have a need at the wide receiver position having traded Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders in consecutive years.

Courtland Sutton emerged this past season as one of the best young receivers in the game, but he’s going to need help.

Luckily for the Broncos, a top playmaker like CeeDee Lamb was available in this scenario. I think the Broncos would love to come away from this draft with one of Lamb, Jerry Jeudy, or Henry Ruggs, but that may be wishful thinking.

Although Lamb is not a big-time speed threat like those other two guys, he’s so good after the catch and tracks the ball downfield really well. He is like a football vacuum out on the field and doesn’t drop anything.

Although he’s not a big receiver, Lamb is physical and aggressive in his style of play and is going to find a way to rip off a big gain one way or another when he has the ball in his hands.
