12. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Jerry Jeudy. WR. Alabama. 28

The Raiders should be active on the quarterback market this offseason.

Maybe not in the 2020 NFL Draft, but the Raiders will be active because this team has simply not seen the progression it needs to out of Derek Carr in recent years.

It also seems notable that quarterback expert Jon Gruden has not picked his own quarterback for the team he was given a couple of years ago.

At this point, we’ve looked at scenarios with the Raiders trading up for Tua Tagovailoa or taking guys like Justin Herbert and Jordan Love, but in this case, they simply can’t pass on the talented Jerry Jeudy out of Alabama, one of the best pro-ready prospects to come along in years.

Despite the fact that Henry Ruggs is a rare talent in terms of speed, Jerry Jeudy is no slouch in that regard and he’s one of the most complete players coming out in this class. The Raiders, or any team outside of the top 10 picks, would be fortunate to have him.
