Mike Nolan has traditionally employed a 3-4 look for his base defense, but most NFL teams are playing primarily in nickel or dime looks with the way the league is set up right now.

Even so, I think Bradlee Anae is a nice fit for whatever type of base scheme a coordinator is looking to run.

Anae is an explosive, high-energy edge player who is not quite the type of athlete he needs to be in terms of playing sideline-to-sideline, but he’s able to get upfield in a hurry with heavy hands, quickness, and power when he needs it.

This is a player that absolutely dominated at the Senior Bowl and proved himself worthy of a top 100 selection.

If Robert Quinn leaves in free agency, the Cowboys are going to need some juice off the edge and Anae racked up 40 tackles for loss and 29.5 sacks over the last four seasons.
