Browns 7-round 2020 mock draft: Kevin Stefanski gets revamped OL
Once thought to be the top interior line prospect in this class, Tyler Biadasz’ senior tape was apparently not quite what everyone had thought it was, should be, or could be, and he’s dropped to day three for some people.
For the Browns here at the bottom of the third round (pick acquired in the Duke Johnson trade), I think he’s worthy of the risk.
Although he may not be the best pivot for a zone scheme, Biadasz is a hustler and like Isaiah Wilson, he’s the kind of player who is going to give you maximum effort every single play.
His approach to the game leads me to believe he’s going to be good as a pro, even if it takes some time.
The Browns could look to a number of interior players with this selection, but a guy like Biadasz who has played a lot of football (starter since 2017) could be a steal at this point in the draft, especially if playing through injury, discomfort, or just not feeling himself this year (had hip surgery in the Spring of 2019) was the cause for his regression as a prospect.
