Isaiah Wilson 2020 NFL Draft
ATLANTA, GA – NOVEMBER 30: Isaiah Wilson #79, Andrew Thomas #71, and Solomon Kindley #66 of the Georgia Bulldogs celebrate following the Georgia Bulldogs win over the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 52-7 at Bobby Dodd Stadium on November 30, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. Listed at 6-foot-7, 340 pounds, adding the redshirt sophomore right tackle Isaiah Wilson from Georgia along with the 6-7, 370-pound Mekhi Becton would give the Cleveland Browns a massive, potentially dominant duo of talented tackles to bookend for years to come.

Wilson brings high effort and intensity on every play, and he’s been a highly touted player for a really long time who is still growing in his craft.

Although Wilson has gotten by plenty with just his physical skills, he’s got to refine his technique, which is why he may last to the third round.

Simply based on talent, however, this is a player worthy of a top 50 selection and if he falls to the third round, the Browns would be wise to pick him up. This pick gives them a guy who is going to do everything in his power to pummel rushers and defenders in the run game. It’s an upgrade in multiple phases of the offense.

Wilson’s lack of refinement at this point is not a concern in the third round. He’s a value pick here and probably a day one starter.
