Pick Analysis. OT. player. 30. Scouting Report. Louisville. Mekhi Becton. 11

Offensive tackle also stands out as a major need for the New York Jets. Luckily for them, there is still one available worth taking a chance on at pick 11. Mekhi Becton is a massive offensive tackle prospect (6-foot-7, 369 pounds) who can obviously win with raw power and strength. Becton is incredibly powerful at the point of attack and can consistently man-handle defenders once he is engaged.

That being said, do not sleep on Becton’s ability to move. This guy shows incredible quickness and athleticism for a man of his size. Obviously, an offensive lineman that big can only move so fast, but Becton legitimately pushes what I thought was possible. He moves well in space and can attack the second level. He also shows quick feet in pass protection.

Simply put, Mekhi Becton is an extremely talented offensive tackle prospect who has massive upside at the next level. He is an obvious choice for the Jets in this 2020 NFL mock draft.

Pick Analysis. Utah State. Jordan Love. 12. player. 28. Scouting Report. QB

Alright, let’s get a little crazy. I have not heard quarterback being mentioned as a major need for the Las Vegas Raiders much, but I think that they should strongly consider attacking the position with one of their first-round picks.

Derek Carr is a decent NFL quarterback, but he is not the guy who is going to lead this team to the Super Bowl. In a perfect situation with a ton of talent around him, Carr could play in a Super Bowl, but he just is not good enough to be that reason why his team is there. Jordan Love is an extremely raw talent, but if things break well for him at the next level, he can be that guy.

Love is an extremely athletic quarterback prospect who moves well in the pocket and can improvise at a high level. He also shows incredible natural arm talent and impressive accuracy at times. Love does need to work on becoming a more consistently accurate passer, but the flashes of brilliance are undoubtedly there.

The Raiders have done a nice job of building a strong team in recent years, but they still lack an impact player at the quarterback position. If Love is still on the board when they go on the clock at number 12, they need to think long and hard about bringing him into the mix to groom as their franchise quarterback.
