2020 NFL Draft: Justin Herbert leads the 2020 All-Senior Bowl Team
Justin Herbert and Javon Kinlaw headline the 2020 All-Senior Bowl team.
Like it does every year, the Senior Bowl fails to disappoint. It’s always a great experience down in Mobile connecting with other draft writers and learning how to create better content. The Senior Bowl is also a great week to see the top seniors practice and play.
The week started off a little rough with players like Brandon Aiyuk, Prince Tega Wanogho and Leki Fotu flagged during physicals and deemed unable to practice during their time in Mobile. But, as always, it’s good to roll with the punches. The staff in Mobile still put together a great group for 2020, and it showed on the practice field.
The big story this week was following the performances of the quarterbacks. Oregon signal-caller Justin Herbert and Utah State’s Jordan Love were the headliners of the week, but Anthony Gordon worked his way into the spotlight during the game on Saturday.
Let’s also not forget about the talent at the wide receiver position, a group many thought was one of the best in quite some time (if not ever). They created separation all week long and made life difficult for the corners. It was also fantastic to see some small school players, a few of which we will get to in a moment.
With all of the practice and game reps, there were plenty of prospects that put on a show, whether it be in 1-on-1s, team drills, and even special teams. Here at NFL Mocks, we put together the All Senior Bowl team. Let’s take a look at who made the cut.
