Trevon Diggs. 60. Scouting Report. Cornerback. Pick Analysis. Alabama. 25. player

As recent as last season, cornerback appeared to be a strength for the Minnesota Vikings. Xavier Rhodes was one of the top corners in the NFL, Mike Hughes was a promising rookie before suffering a season-ending injury and  Trae Waynes and Mackensie Alexander produced well at times. But this season told a different story.

The Rhodes went from closed, to a streaming highway and injuries and inconsistencies decimated the Vikes at the position. Adding a player with great potential like Trevon Diggs could be risky for Minnesota but could be worth taking in the long run.

After playing offense early in his career, Diggs is relatively new to the cornerback position but is already showing signs of a legit star at the next level. He is incredibly athletic and has outstanding ball skills. If he continues to develop and learn the nuances of the position, he could become what the Vikings expected Xavier Rhodes to be.

Louisville. Mekhi Becton. 59. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Offensive Tackle. 26. player

Mekhi Becton is an absolute mountain at left tackle. His sheer size and power make him a dominant force. He has incredible strength but is also very athletic for a guy of his size. He uses his length well and continues to improve his technique.

After going Tua at five and pass rusher later in the first round of the 2020 FNL Draft, the Dolphins round out the “holy trinity” of important football positions. Quarterback, someone to rush the other quarterback and a guy that can protect your quarterback from those other rushers. Becton may be a work in progress, but his potential has to be intriguing enough for a team to take a chance on him early on in the 2020 NFL Draft.
