Round 4, No. 123 Overall: Raequan Williams, DL, Michigan State

It’s back to the defensive line here in round four. With Jarran Reed headed for free agency, the Seattle Seahawks need to add more help on the interior line to help out Poona Ford. Raequan Williams would be a nice add in this spot.

Williams is almost the opposite of Reed. While Reed was primarily a space-eating run defender, Willams is more effective attacking gaps and rushing the passer. If Seattle brings Reed back, they could bring in Williams (along with Taylor) to add juice and rush the passer on later downs.

Round 5, No. 136 Overall: Isaiah Hodgins, WR, Oregon State

At the moment, the Seahawks have just three wide receivers under contract heading into 2020: Tyler Lockett, D.K. Metcalf, and John Ursua. Could they bring back guys like Malik Turner and David Moore? They could. However, they could afford to get younger at the position and draft someone from this very deep class to make an impact, especially with two good starters in place.

Adding Isaiah Hodgins might be adding a third good starter. Hodgins may not be the most polished route runner, but he’s fluid enough in his breaks for his size. He isn’t a master working vertically, but he adjusts to the ball well and is great working with back-shoulder throws and comeback routes. Hodgins can also be a red zone threat in the offense.
