119. player. Pick Analysis. Jacob Phillips . LSU. 817. Scouting Report. Inside Linebacker

Losing former first-round pick C.J. Mosely to free agency was a big blow to the Baltimore Ravens defense. However, in spite of such a big loss, Don Martindale’s made do with guys like Patrick Onwuasor, LJ Fort and Bynes. However, with both Onwuasor and Bynes set to hit free agency, the Baltimore Ravens need to address inside linebacker this offseason.

While the 2020 NFL linebacker class isn’t particularly strong, LSU’s Jacob Phillips is an interesting option in the fourth round. Playing in 34 games for the Tigers, Phillips shows patience and an ability to cover fairly well on tape. While definitely not the same caliber of player as Devin White, Phillips is a solid option for the Ravens who could come in and potentially start for them.

Pick Analysis. Defensive Back . Julian Blackmon. 124. player. 843. Scouting Report. Utah

After losing Tony Jefferson to a torn ACL in Week 4 against, the Baltimore Ravens were forced to play Chuck Clark at strong safety for the remainder of the season. While Clark played well, Anthony Levine Sr. is a pending free agent, and Jefferson could become a cap casualty, as the seven-year man is due seven million dollars in 2020. With that potentially in play, the Baltimore Ravens could address the secondary once again this year.

Utah’s Julian Blackmon is one of the more versatile players in college football. While playing in Salt Lake City, Blackmon played three seasons at corner before moving to safety for his senior campaign. While he could play corner at the next level, Blackmon profiles the best as a strong safety, showing the ability to be a strong tackler and play in coverage in the box.
