Tee Higgins fits exactly what Buffalo needs. He’s a big physical wide receiver with sneaky speed. Higgins does a tremendous job of using his size (6-foot-4, 216 pounds) to box out defenders and high point the football. He also has a large catch radius that Josh Allen desperately needs. Allen’s top two receivers this past season were John Brown (5’10”) and Cole Beasley (5’8″), two smaller receivers that are talented but lack the size and physicality that Higgins possesses.

I’m well aware that Tee Higgins may not make it to Buffalo at 22 overall, but the Bills could fall in love with him in the pre-draft process and try to move up a few spots to secure the big-time receiver.

Wide receiver is by far the biggest need for the Bills heading into the offseason. Brown and Beasley had 72 and 67 receptions respectfully, however, tight end Dawson Knox had the third most receptions with just 27 receptions.

Adding a receiver in the draft could allow Buffalo to roll with 11 personnel (1 RB, 1 TE, 3 WR). That would allow Cole Beasley to feast in the slot with Tee Higgins and John Brown on the outside.

Dawson Knox would still be on the field along with Devin Singletary. That would give Josh Allen a plethora of weapons on the field at the same time.
