Round 6, No. 185 Overall: Quintez Cephus, WR, Wisconsin

The Minnesota Vikings have a few other needs to address in this draft, and it starts with the wide receiver spot. It would be great to find someone who can make an impact outside of Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs and work both in the slot and outside. Enter Quintez Cephus. Cephus has good hands, a knack for tracking the ball well down the field and enough quickness to create separation. He would be a great add in this spot.

Round 7, No. 196 Overall: Chris Orr, LB, Wisconsin

The Vikings could also use a little help at the linebacker position. While Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr work well in space, finding a linebacker with a physical downhill presence who attacks gaps and has a strong football IQ would be great. Chris Orr from Wisconsin fits the description and would be a nice addition for the linebacker group.

Next. Justin Herbert makes right call in heading to the Senior Bowl. dark

Round 7, No. 217 Overall: Jaylinn Hawkins, S, California

Harrison Smith continues to be a stud at the safety spot for the Vikings, and his versatility makes drafting a complement at the position much easier. Jaylinn Hawkins isn’t talked about as much as his teammate Ashtyn Davis, but Hawkins is physical down in the box and has good ball skills, making him more interchangeable than meets the eye.
