AFC West: Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders are going to roll the dice when they move to Las Vegas, right?

I don’t know what Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock are going to do at the quarterback position this offseason, but I can feel something coming.

Derek Carr has been okay for most of his career, but is he the guy that’s going to elevate this franchise now in year three of the second Gruden era? I’m not so sure. I think the Raiders are a team we should be keeping an eye out for to make a huge move at the QB position this offseason, whether that’s adding a player like Tom Brady (or maybe Cam Newton) or making a huge trade in the 2020 NFL Draft.

I feel like Gruden would be able to recruit Brady to Vegas, where he could earn a massive contract with no state income tax and play for a team that showed this season it’s on the upswing.

The Raiders have assets to build around Brady, and having him there could draw a lot of prominent free agents chasing rings.

This could be a fun match for Brady and the Raiders alike.
