One of the youngest and most talented athletes defensively in this draft class (won’t even be 21 at the time he’s drafted), K’Lavon Chaisson has been a Wild Card for the LSU Tigers for the past few seasons.

Although injuries have plagued him, we finally got to see a mostly full slate of games for the talented edge player this season for LSU, and he was a big-time difference-maker.

With one game left to play (the National Title game), Chaisson has 58 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, and a forced fumble. Not only is he explosive off the edge, but Chaisson is also solid when asked to drop into coverage and his versatility will be an attractive quality for any prospective defensive coach at the next level.

For the Buffalo Bills, the time has come for a presence off the edge who can impact games with pure speed. Shaq Lawson, Trent Murphy, Lorenzo Alexander, Jerry Hughes…they are all solid players and the Bills’ defense is a tremendous sum of all its parts, but none of those guys stands out as a true presence off the edge in the pass rush department.

Chaisson has a high ceiling in that regard and would be a tremendous weapon to add to Buffalo’s talented front seven.
