OT. Tristan Wirfs. 53. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Iowa. 4. player

This is probably the most likely pick for the Cleveland Browns at 10 You never know for sure, but in all likelihood, Tristan Wirfs will be available when Cleveland is on the clock.

Wirfs is an intriguing prospect with a lot of potential. He’s 6-foot-5, 322 pounds and moves pretty well for a man for that big. The best part of his game however is his ridiculous strength. He simply manhandles defenders at times on film. He’s always firing off the snap in run blocking and he could become an absolute mauler in that area.

In pass protection, he’s not as good from a technical standpoint as Andrew Thomas and that’s why Thomas will more than likely be the first tackle off the board instead of him, but he certainly has the athleticism to be good in that area.

One area that he can improve upon is finishing his blocks, there were times on film where he didn’t finish off his man and that allows them the chance to make a play.

I could see Wirfs kicking inside and having a very successful career at guard and that’s a potential option for the Cleveland Browns if they draft him depending on who they sign in free agency, but most likely they’d be drafting him to play tackle.
