Kyler Murray would be thrilled by this.
Not only does CeeDee Lamb fit a need for the Arizona Cardinals, but he’s also a former college teammate of the Cardinals’ stellar rookie quarterback.
Murray would love throwing the ball to Lamb again, for a variety of reasons. Not the least of which is Lamb’s unique ability to create after the catch and dominate at the catch point despite not being ideally built for the position.
Lamb is so competitive when the ball is in the air, and any play where he has the ball can turn into a long score.
He would give the Cardinals a new alpha at the receiver position to take over for Larry Fitzgerald whenever the time comes.
