CB. Ohio State. Jeffrey Okudah. 3. 50. Scouting Report. player. Pick Analysis

The Detroit Lions have Darius Slay, who is one of the best cornerbacks in all of football, but they may not have him for much longer.

Slay was the subject of some trade deadline rumors and could be dealt before the start of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Even if that’s not a certainty, a player like Jeff Okudah from Ohio State makes a lot of sense here. In fact, he may be one of the two best overall players in this class from a pure talent and upside standpoint.

Okudah’s production took off this year for Ohio State and on a defense that includes a variety of top 40 picks, he stood out in a big way.

Okudah plays with the type of confidence you are always looking for in a top cornerback. He’s a dynamic presence at the position.
