WR. Alabama. 13. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. 46. Henry Ruggs III

The Indianapolis Colts simply haven’t done enough to improve their roster over the past couple of seasons.

Although the retirement of Andrew Luck didn’t help, Indianapolis has had a lot of cap space to work with and we haven’t seen them really utilize it.

They need playmakers offensively especially at wide receiver, and in this scenario, they really luck out with Henry Ruggs being on the board.

Because of the way Tyreek Hill has changed the game with the Kansas City Chiefs, I wouldn’t be shocked to see Ruggs go way higher than this, but the Colts wouldn’t complain about being able to put his speed and ball skills in their lineup with TY Hilton.

Ruggs is strong at the catch point and does a great job in the open field. He’s obviously capable of blowing the top off of a defense and has rare type of play speed.
