Houston Texans

The Colts, Bills and Cardinals stood out as the most logical fits for Fotu in the 2020 NFL Draft. That being said, there are still two other teams worth mentioning. First, the Houston Texans, who could be aggressively looking to add some interior defensive line talent if free agency does not break their way.

Texans starting nose tackle D.J. Reader will reach free agency this offseason and he could be getting ready for a massive payday. If the Texans decide to let Reader get his big contract elsewhere, Fotu stands out as an obvious potential replacement. With Fotu, they would look to get similar production as they did out of Reader for a much lower cost.

Carolina Panthers

With Gerald McCoy, Vernon Butler and Kyle Love all set to hit free agency this offseason, the Carolina Panthers may be looking to make significant additions all across their defensive line. I am sure that they will look to address the position in free agency, but finding some young and productive defensive linemen in the 2020 NFL Draft would be ideal.

Fotu is one of many defensive linemen who the Panthers could target in the 2020 NFL Draft. His combination of skills makes him intriguing for any team and I would not be surprised to see the Panthers pull the trigger on him as a strong run defender with legitimate pass-rush upside.
