Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Last, but not least, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers show up here as a good suitor for Jordan Love. Buccaneers fans, and some specific ones in particular, still blindly follow Jameis Winston and are content with him at quarterback going forward. He has 23 interceptions this season already, and could potentially throw 30. That isn’t helping your team win games, so it’s time to look for a potential replacement in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Bucs fans may protest at the idea of drafting Jordan Love because of his 16 interceptions this season, but it’s important to note he had only six in 2018, and that was with competent pieces around him and a competent coach.

For those who still believe in Winston, he would come back to Tampa Bay on a 1-2 year deal in this scenario. Let Love sit back and work with Bruce Arians in his rookie season, with the thought of him becoming the starter in 2021.

Build a better offensive line in the coming drafts, and then in 2021, when Love is ready, the Bucs have a good line, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin at receiver, and a great tight end in O.J. Howard. Plus, Jordan Love is on a rookie deal. That would be fun.
