2020 NFL Draft: Jerry Jeudy slides in this three-round NFL mock draft
One pick after the Saints take an exciting linebacker prospect, the New England Patriots take one of their own. Dylan Moses was once considered a possible top-five 2020 NFL draft prospect. However, he suffered a devastating torn ACL before the season, forcing him to miss the entire year.
While the knee injury was obviously not ideal, Moses had already proven himself as a premier 2020 NFL draft prospect and has now had plenty of time to recover from his knee injury. In my eyes, Dylan Moses should still be considered a first-round prospect in the 2020 NFL draft class.
Moses is extremely athletic at the linebacker position. He shows fantastic range at the position and is extremely tough in the middle of the field. Moses is a smart and instinctive player who is strong against the run and impressive in coverage. Bill Belichick loves to take players who have been coached by Nick Saban and he sees an opportunity for a potentially massive steal in this range of the 2020 NFL Draft.
The San Francisco 49ers are another team where it is difficult to find many needs. This is just an incredibly well put together roster that does not have many holes. That being said, the interior offensive line could quickly become a position of need for this team, as their depth at guard and center leaves plenty to be desired.
Creed Humphrey can play both center and guard at a high level. He fires off of the ball quickly at all times and consistently uses the proper pad level. He is a quick offensive lineman who can reach block well and get to the second level with ease. Humphrey is a strong fit for the 49ers up front who could provide some serious depth across the interior.
