Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Javon Kinlaw. 13. 48. DT. South Carolina. player

If I were making the decisions for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, I would be looking to take a quarterback in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Jameis Winston can be a lot of fun to watch, but he is far too inconsistent and turnover-prone to comfortably have him lead your team. However, the Bucs seem to be committed to Winston and it is seeming less and less likely that they move on from him this offseason.

Instead of snagging a potential franchise quarterback, the Bucs address their need at defensive tackle. Javon Kinlaw is a long and powerful interior disruptor who shows the ability to two-gap at a high level and penetrate through the line of scrimmage when asked to do so. Kinlaw gets off of the ball quickly and gets upfield burst against the run and in the pass rush. He is a strong defensive tackle prospect who could come in and make an immediate impact for the Bucs.

Pick Analysis. player. OT. Alabama. Jedrick Wills. 14. 87. Scouting Report

Darryl Williams will be a free agent this offseason and Taylor Moton will hit the open market after the 2020 season. The Carolina Panthers did draft Greg Little last year, but this team could desperately need help at offensive tackle soon. We look ahead and address one of their needs here, bringing in Alabama offensive tackle Jedrick Wills.

Wills will likely remain a right tackle at the next level. He is a power-based player who consistently dominates at the point of attack and does a great job of driving defenders out of the way. He is a tremendous run blocker who should be able to consistently create lanes for Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey on the ground. He is also a good pass protector who moves his feet well and anchors at an extremely high level.

Wills is a rock-solid offensive lineman who fits this team well and would eliminate a massive long-term need.
