Predicting the 2020 NFL Draft with a three-round mock draft filled with interesting selections throughout.

With the conference championship games behind us and the College Football Playoff on the horizon, we have a break in the college football season and an opportunity to take a look ahead to the 2020 NFL Draft. It has been an exciting college football season filled with a ton of talented and exciting players across the landscape. Knowing this, the high-level talent in the 2020 NFL draft class should not be a surprise.

This year’s draft class is loaded with talent at many key positions. This wide receiver class is the best in recent memory and could legitimately rival the great group of receivers from the 2014 NFL Draft. The group of cornerbacks, edge rushers and offensive tackles are also worth getting excited about. The 2020 NFL Draft will also showcase an impressive group of quarterbacks who could lead the NFL into the future.

It is interesting to look at the strengths of the 2020 NFL draft class and see how they fit with the modern NFL. The NFL is more wide open and pass-happy than ever before and the strength of the 2020 NFL Draft fits the game extremely well. For the most part, the best players in the 2020 NFL Draft will either help the passing game or help defend against it. Run game based players are becoming less and less important as the years go by.

In this mock draft, we want to get all 32 NFL teams involved. The Chicago Bears, Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans do not have first-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, leaving them out of most mock drafts that will be done between now and next April. That being said, we are going to involved every team in this mock draft, as we are going deep with three full rounds.

In a mock draft like this, you can get a more complete look at a potential 2020 NFL draft class for your favorite team. See how your favorite team can fill needs and find players who can help take them to the next level. Without further ado, here is a complete three-round 2020 NFL mock draft.

Note: This mock draft was completed before Sunday’s NFL slate of games. The draft order is not perfect and I understand that. However, we are so early in the 2020 NFL Draft class, who cares? The order is going to change many times between now and next April anyway. This is just a fun exercise for us to get to know the prospects and understand potential team needs.
