KJ Hamler. 2. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. Penn State. player. 806

After improving their defense in the first, the Cowboys find Dak a weapon to work with in the second round of this mock draft. KJ Hamler is an explosive wide receiver prospect who has a fantastic combination of speed and quickness.

He is incredibly quick in short spaces and elusive in the open field. He is a shifty athlete who uses his physical skills to create space as a route runner. Once the ball is in his hands, he uses his speed and quickness to make defenders miss and create yardage after the catch.

Hamler would be an ideal fit for the Cowboys in the slot. Teaming him up with Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup would give the Dallas Cowboys an incredibly talented and well-rounded group of starting receivers.

player. 851. S. Texas. Brandon Jones. 3. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The Cowboys have a massive hole at the safety position and they need to fill it this offseason. Xavier Woods has been great at one safety spot, but the Cowboys need to find him a running mate. In this mock draft, Dallas adds Texas safety Brandon Jones to the mix.

Jones shows an impressive combination of size, speed and power that allows him to make plays all over the field. He is a great tackler in space and hits the ball carrier with impressive power. Jones also shows solid zone and man coverage skills. Jones is a talented player who could come in and make an immediate impact for the Dallas Cowboys.
